Rat poison thins the blood. Foods high in Vitamin K might be helpful. I don't know if you can get him to eat any of the foods on this list. (I also do not know if they are safe for a canine to eat but you should be able to find that information on the internet.)

I would add lemon to the puppy's water. To eliminate all the poison out of it's system. I would also rub onguard on it's paws to build it's immune system up. Just my .2c!!
