If you go to www.builddoterra.com there are several webinars there to help you learn the business and learn about the products. Sometimes as uplines we forget to tell all the details. I would suggest contacting your upline and ask her to spend some time training you. I do many trainings on the phone or through emails, and still miss a few things. If there are meetings in your area, go to as many as you can. If you can spend at least 1/2 hour a day to start learning, you will find that you will learn quite a bit in a week. The great thing about doTERRA, is there are a lot of IPC's who are making a lot of info available. Check your back office and go to the business tools. You will find great info there. Check the ads on your back office as well for specials. Enjoy the journey. It is well worth it. Debie Rosemann

I have now changed my auto ship for the 5th of the month. I am new to
this and find no reason now to have an autoship go out on the first of
the month. I was given the opportunity to receive the immortelle with
an additional order but still have to pay additional shipping. There
