[Everything doTERRA] Re: new to the group....and wondering if anyone has input on ...

I have a 9 yr old son and an 11 yr old daughter both with ADD.
I have been able to take them completely off their Concerta
prescriptions using Vetiver and Peppermint.
Every morning I put a drop of Vetiver on their wrist and have them rub
their wrists together and tell them that if they notice they are
struggling then to just take a few big breaths of the vetiver on their
wrists because the aroma lasts all day long, even after washing their
hands.
I also put peppermint on their foreheads and back of their necks.
They both love it and never let me forget to put this on them because
the couple times I did forget they came home and said they really
struggled with focusing and staying on task those days.
I hope this helps! Good luck!
