[Everything doTERRA] breathe toxic if swallowed

ok so usually i am much better but i was putting together a capsule of
slim and sassy oregano digestzen and onguard 1-2 drops of each but i
after i took it i started to worry that i added breathe instead of
digestzen :/ kinda worried because i was told not to take breathe
internally
