Re: [Everything doTERRA] severe depression

Brenda, I am so sorry for their loss.  It would be a tough year for anyone!  I trust they know that you do not just stop anti-depressants, most need to be weaned off of slowly and they need to do that under their doctors supervision.  That said, I would begin rotating through balance, serenity, elevation.  They may find one works better than the other and in that case could just hand out there.  The aroma touch technique combined with these added would be helpful as well.  They could do the aroma touch on one another, even if they just simply hop up on the bed so that they can each reach the others toes (my husband is very tall and I am very short, so we sit facing one another with my legs in the middle and his running along the outside of mine).  Not only do the oils (8 plus 2) do their job, but often just that nurturing touch will help them re-connect with one another in the midst of this devastating loss.  I will be praying for them and you as you minister to them.  Blessings, Teresa

I am fairly new to DoTerra, but I have some friends who have had a
really rough year, the last thing they have gone through is the loss
of their son.  They are on severe antidepressants, with some suicidal
thoughts.  They called me and said they knew antidepressants are not
healthy and there are side effects and they are habit forming and what
would I recommend?  Please let me know the MOST EFFECTIVE oils I could
try first.  They are open and waiting for my response.  I also have a
diffuser (extra one) I could also let them use for a week or so along
with samples so let me know any protocols you have found effective.
Thank you in advance.  Brenda
