[Everything doTERRA] scarring from burn

I had a surgery and it has been about a year ago. It was on my
shoulder and there was a 4th degree burn involved. I would like for
the scar to diminish as much as possible. I know it is an old scar,
so what has anyone found to help with already scarred scars??? Thanks
