My husband is a chiropractor and I am his office manager/CA. We have a patient that came in and was very concerned about his wife who was afflicted with shingles several weeks ago. Cleansing from the inside out is your answer! Check out the Spring tour and see if there is one in your area, it will give you the protocol for a great cleanse. I have seen great results for Psoriasis using the cleansing oils.

It sounds viral to me. I would suggest using Melissa (or Black Pepper) apply to the roof of the mouth every two hours, drink lots of water with lemon to flush the toxins, put breathe in a diffuser and keep it where you and your child is. Use the Black Pepper and Thyme on her feet every couple of hours. Use Breathe and Rosemary on her back and chest (use a carrier oil) . You both use the same thing just less oil on your child.
