Hi You would only use Commercial Sun screen or Block out if you want to expose you and your Children to CANCER
Most commercial products have Chemicals that are used for Holding the lotion to gether But they also contain Chemicals that can support Cancer in your Body
We have Both Before Sun and after Sun Blends that you can use

Interesting, Seana. One thing I think of when reading this is since I started taking LLV years ago (many times not even full dose), I've felt like I don't burn as easy as I used to. I'm not a sun goddess & am fair skinned--I weed in the shade & am just not in the sun for any length generally. But times when I've got "caught" in the sun (soccer games, etc & didn't think to have sunscreen), I wondered if I was a little cuckoo because I really didn't seem to be red, like usual. I totally attributed it to the LLV--but didn't know WHY I was giving the LLV the credit. :0) Thank you for sharing.
