Yes, it has iron of 6mg in a serving of 4 capsules. The label states this is 33% (the 4 capsules) of the daily allowance. I found this info from the Microplex VMp, one of the bottles in the Daily Nutrient Pack. This formulation is very bioavailable.
It may not be sufficient for your present need now and you may like to supplement it with good food sources like suggested in this article: http://www.webmd.com/diet/iron-rich-foods.

Also, you may like to cook on an cast iron pan. I've read that the iron from the pan goes to the food you are cooking. Check this:
