Oh. My. Stars! I just took my blood pressure, it was 151/75. I then applied Rob's Blend (which I put together after going to the link you suggested, Linda) over my heart, along the carotid, and inside my left elbow and wrist. After waiting a few minutes (no more than 5 minutes) I took my blood pressure again and it was 119/68!
I think I found what works for me! Right now I'm doing a happy dance.
