[Everything doTERRA] Re: Dry, cracked skin on hands

Yes, I am a nurse too and my hands get very dry.  She should try to use a moisturizing hand sanitizer instead of washing with soap and water every time.  I make my own and add on guard.  She could try that.  Then I would sleep with a heavy cream (I also make my own) lavender and frankincense and gloves on.

My friend who is an RN has hands that are cracked and swollen from washing her hands.  She does home care for the elderly and says she has to wash her hands constantly throughout the day.  I would appreciate suggestions.  I have been thinking lavender mixed with virgin coconut oil?
