[Everything doTERRA] Effective oils for ingrown hair after shaving

I've been struggling with ingrown hair for years, and that has made regular shaving very difficult for me. Now that I'm into essential oils, I'd like to know what oils may help me get rid of those irritating monsters. I'm really tired of them. Many people suggested lavender and tea tree oils, but they don't work at all on my skin. I welcome any other suggestions you might have. Thank you very much.

Since this is a auto immune skin disorder I would suggest they consider a cleanse. Skin conditions usually mean you have something going on inside. I have attached a suggested cleanse for maintaining good health.

I would think he needs a good cleanse in order to maintain his health, especially with what he is going through right now. Any skin eruptions like this are usually caused from internal problems.

I have attached a suggested cleanse that could be beneficially for maintaining a proper immune support system. Something that might help with his topical skin condition (while cleansing) could be a mixture of lavender and coconut oil or Melaleuca and coconut oil.

[Everything doTERRA] Darier's disease

My apologies....this post may be a little graphic but I am seeking a non traditional solution to a disease the doctor has yet to prescribe a viable control let alone cure. My husband suffers from a skin condition where it seems almost as if he is allergic to his own sweat. It is genetic I believe as many in his family suffer from the same rash. He has been diagnosed with Darier's and the rash is symptomatic of it. Today he was having a terrible reaction and his chest broke out worse than normal. IT was extremely itchy and as the rash came up, the sores opened exuding a clear liquid. Normally the sores don't open or if they do, it is just one or two, but this was severe. He generally maintains it by applying Absorbine Jr. Any EO recommendations that might help?

Trim Shake

I agree that keeping your house free of these pests has a lot to do with
sealing off areas that they enter at. The oils with a spray of otherwise
will be of a temporary nature.

I have continued on with the Zen and the smell is going away I do feel a
lot better. I think it was trying to get the Heavy steroids that I was on
out of my system. I was on a heavy does of steroids for 8 weeks for a blood
disorder and when I got off of them that is when I started the LLV. I will
continue on .

1. What can I use for anxiety? I do not have other symptoms and no

2. If my family takes on guard capsules daily, will this prevent colds/flu?
I am terrified of any of us getting the flu, we have never had it, nor do
we do flu shots.
3. Is there an oil to prevent stomach viruses? It seems my kids bring them
home from school 3x a year or more!

I have found that Balance applied to the back of my neck or inside of the
wrists, relaxes me and helps me feel grounded
Using the OnGuard gel caps or oils are great for immune support. I however
would never tell you that no one would get ill if they were taking these
oils.
DigestZen is the best blend to maintaining good digestive issues.

Oregano burned my skin

I am not sure why you would use a known HOT oil on your skin regardless of
the reason.
I would start applying coconut oil to the affected spot asap.

I knew a guy who's bedding was wet in the morning from night sweats. He
used a couple drops of Clary Sage and Peppermint in his hand, rubbed them
together then rubbed them on the back of his neck. He did this every time
