GX Assist is not really another form of digestzen, but it is a "cleanse" that you would do that will cleanse your gastrointestinal (colon, etc.,) It works in conjunction with PB Assist. You would use it as a month long protocol. You would take 1 capsule 3 times a day for 10 days. That will pull all that junk out of your gastrointestinal area, then you stop that and start the PB Assist, 1 capsule 3 times a day for 5 days, then for the rest of the 15 days you would just 1 PB assist a day for maintenance. However, that being said, sometimes our bodies have too much going on and that is too fast for our bodies and it is much smarter to work with the body than to shock the body, so, some people can not start with 3 GX a day to start with. I suggest (just my suggestions here) you start with 1 gx assist a day for a couple of days, then bump up to 2. If you have any severe or adverse reactions, back off to 1 for a couple more days. Then try 2 again, etc., work with your body. If 2 is fine, do it for a couple of days, then try to bump up to three. This is what we call a "slow start". By doing that you are doing it to your body's tolerance. A lot of people who have candida, allergies, been on medication, or have auto immune issues need to do this cleanse for maybe even 3 or 4 months. Hope that helps. This is just my suggestions.
