Something to consider is some people are very sensitive to smells when they have a migraine. I have this with some of my migraines but not all of them. I have also found that a cold, cold washcloth on the back of my neck or forehead helps a lot along with the oils. I personally do not like deep blue anything for mine as I get very hot when I have them and that icy hot drives me insane when I have a migraine. Any heat will make my migraine worse. When I am sensitive to smells my husband will make me a veggie cap in another rooms and I will take the oils that way. Just something to keep in mind as we are all so different how we deal with migraines.

I recently heard something about using Deep Blue oil or roll-on for migraines. I have quite a few client that suffer from these. Has anyone heard of this and/or had any success using Deep Blue to get rid of a migraine? Thanks!
