I am seeing this a lot of months since you inquired, but I have finally come up with a protocol that works for my chronic sinusitis! I put two peppermint beadlets under my tougue, and have a mixture of Eucalyptus and fractionated coconut oil (about ratio of 4 to 1) and rub it all over my sinus area(I only have sinus cavities over my cheek bones, but most folks have the other two over their eyebrows), then add Digest Zen over that; repeat that over throat and behind ears and on chest and back of neck. I also put Digest Zen(couple of drops) rubbed around the navel for digesting the muscus that is ingested. Works every time now!! So relieved and happy after the first couple of days. In fact, I start right away(day or night) when I first detect the plugged up feeling, and continue till all signs are gone-about two to three days. Good luck for him!

What oils are recommended for chronic sinusitis? My husband has had really bad sinuses for over 40 yrs along with bad migraines. He cannot go in to a restaurant without his sinuses swelling up & then running really bad. He cannot blow his nose because it makes his ears pop & is painful. Nothing that he has ever taken over the counter or any drug has ever worked for him. He is a truck driver & desperately needs something that will help him with all the above & sleeping, since he sleeps & works different shifts. Thank you for your help.
