[Everything doTERRA] Immortelle

Skin rashes mean you have a filter issue. Your kidneys and liver need cleaning. Try a drop of lemon oil in your water, and one of doTerra's cleanses at a time. You should probably add doTerra's probiotic and possibly do a candida cleanse.
Be sure you're drinking enough water. Adults should be drinking about half their body weight in ounces. For example, a 150lb woman would aim for 75 ounces a day or a little less than 9 1/2, eight ounce glasses spread throughout the day.
As a stop gap measure, raw organic shea butter whipped with a couple drops of lavender, works amazingly well on rashes. Apply it after your shower when the skin is still damp.
It doesn't surprise me that you'd get a rash on your neck when applying oils somewhere else. Your skin is permeable. What you put on it absorbs into the body. If the item you're applying causes your body to detox or start kicking bad stuff out, and your filter organs are clogged it could come out anywhere but the skin on your neck is thinner. I think that makes it easier to be expelled there.
