Nothing has actually been posted on this forum, but if I were searching for a protocol I would do the following:
Start the LLV, start slowly and add to it until you are up the full recommended does, should take about two weeks
Also add the DDR gel caps to you daily protocol
I would next soak a tampon with 6-8 drops of Frankincense and insert nightly.
