[Everything doTERRA] Business Question

Someone said that I would need a business license in order to sell the doTERRA oils to people who just wanted to purchase oils and not sign up for anything.

If they sign up as a preferred member, they get a discount........but, are they shopping from my store and do I get a percentage of the sale?
