I sffered with this too for about four years off and on. Ice or cold helped some. God answered my prayer about 2 years ago. Found i had a cadida albican yeast issue. Diet change while it sounds big our family found it helpful to bring balance. I found relief visiting a naturopathic Doctor. Prayers for you and yours. I sipped lemon in my water regularly to keep lymph flowing and took the llv vitamins,our children take them too, smaller dose for my children.
