Re: [Everything doTERRA] seasonal affect disorder???

I write a weekly email class for my team. A few weeks ago I sent the following on this subject.

Citrus Bliss ~ 'helps promote creativity...returns motivation and drive when it is lacking...'
Wild Orange ~ 'inspires abundance, fosters creativity, supports a positive mood & restores physical energy...'
Lemon ~ 'nourishes the mind & aids concentration...inspires a natural playfulness & buoyancy in the heart...'
Tangerine ~ 'it's strong qualities of cheer & joyfulness can lift the darkest mood.'
Lime ~ 'imbues the soul with a zest for life...elevates & instills courage & cheer in the heart...be grateful for the gift of life.'
Grapefruit ~ 'encourages integrity...teaches that no amount of food can fill a hole in the heart - only love can do that...'
Bergamot ~ relieves feelings of despair, self-judgment & low self-esteem...invite individuals to see life with more optimism...'

All are energizing and mood elevating oils that help uplift the spirits when the winter blues set in. I often refer to Citrus Bliss as Sunshine in a Bottle. It is bright and cheery and very uplifting to the spirit.

Here are some of the ways I like to use these uplifting oils:
Diffuse them in the air
Add them to my bath water
Rub them on the bottom of my feet
Put 2-3 drops in my hands and rub them together, cup my hands over my nose and breathe deeply
Put 3-4 drops in my water bottle
Adding a drop or two to your dish water when you are washing dishes
Keeping a citrus oil in your purse to use as a hand-sanitizer (they are powerful natural germ killers)
Mixing a few drops of lemon, lime, grapefruit or wild orange with water in a glass spray bottle and using it to clean and sanitize surfaces
Spray in the air to neutralize odors

Hope there is something here that will help.

I have a client that suffers from seasonal affect disorder and I'm not finding any info on it. I'm wondering if I should just tell her to use oils for depression or some mood management oils???? Help...
