A lot of what you use will be from you intuition. I think that Balance is recommended because it oxygenates the blood and helps everything else work better. It's not my first choice for diabetes but its one that I have suggested in the past and it works. I personally like cinnamon and coriander.

For instance I searched diabetes and the first oil blend it says to try is Balance and when I click on Balance it doesn't say that it helps diabetes so how do I really know what oils to use for what.--
