I agree with Pat, don't get pulled into this. It is simply a battle
of corporations intended to damage.
There is absolutely no court order to remove the 100% pure from
doTERRA. The court docs are public record and there simply is nothing
there that supports that claim.
I do recall reading a marketing report that recommended removing
things like 100% pure, and 100% organic from labels because it is abused
so much that many Americans automatically disbelieve it when they see it
on the label. The report was geared toward food and organics but this
may just be a marketing strategy. (Don't ask me to reference it, I think
it was in a grocery retail magazine I was reading while I was waiting
for someone but I can't recall for sure).
The big expose that was done on the American organic standards a
while back did a lot of damage as well.
