LLV for sure but also alleviating refined foods helps a lot. Exercise is great for libido too but gotta keep it consistent. AN overall healthy wellness philosphy is going to serve, but honestly meds kill a lot of desire. I believe anyone can wean from certain meds even if its a slow process. Be careful and good luck getting back to wholeness and a better sex drive.
