I recently watched Dr. Hill's video on women's health and hormones, and he said that doTERRA's phytoestrogen supplement can help to balance estrogen levels. If you are estrogen dominant or produce too much estrogen, they will balance you out and will help to reduce the amount of estrogen you are exposed to. And the opposite is also true.
