My father in law has an enlarged prostate that causes something like that which doctors were worried was cancerous but it is not, thank God! He also had very high numbers (not sure what that means being a woman) but I know they have been the lowest in years the last test he had regarding his prostate and things are improving for him. So, what he does is use fennel morning and night in a little spray bottle and he sprays it directly on the area his prostate is. Hopefully this helps some!
