[Everything doTERRA] New Here.

hello..i just received my oils in the mail today. I'm very excited..but confused too.

Are we supposed to mix the oils ourselves to make blends or do  we buy blends.  Where would we mix them?  Can you use more than one oil at a time?

Where do we get recipes for ADHD ect.
