Rachel,
That most definitely sounds like hormonal acne. It appears on the chin and cheeks. I suffered from it for years until I found out I had estrogen dominance and all I needed was progesterone cream. I plan on ordering solace and trying that as well!
I oil pull and my skin looks amazing, as do my teeth! I use raw, organic coconut oil with a drop of on guard.
Have you tried OCM? It cleared my acne very fast! I used a ratio of 25% castor and 75% jojoba. Added in some lavender and melalueca. No one can get o ver how great my skin looks! It was horrible before the oils and cream!
Good luck!

I have been suffering with acne recently. I have always had a mild case of it growing up but after my wedding last october it seems to have erupted into something ive never had before. Im 26 and i dont understand the bombardment!--
I went to the dematologist at the end of october. Of course she put me on antibiotics. When it wouldnt work she would just change the antibiotic. It got so bad I had to go in for an emergency appointment. My ance was so inflamed itchy and hurt so bad she put me on prednisone for 3 weeks. I did the antibiotics for another 2 weeks after that. I stopped my meds since nothing was working. I wish I never went to the dermatologist. It has gotten so much worse than it was. Bright red splotches and pustules all over my cheeks.I recently started oil pulling. My ance is located on my lower cheeks right by my mouth. I figured the oil pulling would help since it is directly on the outside of the area where the teeth and cheek meet. My skin care routine is very strict. Diet is mostly vegan. Im tired of covering up my face with makeup everyday to go out around others.
Any suggestions on this would be awesome!
Thanks, Rachel
