You can take any of the other products while taking the LLV. I would suggest you start out slowly with the LLV and let your body adapt to all the powerful nutrition. I would also suggest your start the DDR Prime capsules with your LLV. Give this program three months and see how you do.
My husband is also vegetarian and needs nothing more than what his food and doTerra offers.

I just had blood work & my iron count was fine, but 3 red cell indicators were below the range. Doctor has recommended an over the counter iron supplement. One year ago (before doTerra &the LLV the results were in the range. I became a vegetarian last fall (do eat fish & chicken). I imagine that the LLV is fine for meat eaters but vegetarians may have to supplement.
