There are sometimes people who purchases Birch when it was available and then decided to sell it. We get Birch once a year in the fall, it is very hard to find a good birch and some companies sell White Fir as Birch, or something close to it, but not real Birch. This year we could only get Birch when we purchased the convention kit, which anyone could purchase during convention.
Rose oil has been available twice, but only through special enrollment promotions.
DoTerra does not sell to specific people if they have a product they have it for everyone. There are some promo's attached with some of the oils since they are difficult to get.
