you can get spray bottles and add the oils to those and mist your scalp -- either mix with a carrier oil and leave on then wash out with the Sanobella (is that still the name? love the shampoo, you need just a drop of it and it cleans wonderfully and smells divine) -- you could just add a couple of drops of the recommended oil to your conditioner step also... but since psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder a cleanse as Pat said is a good way to calm down your overactive immune system.... be wary of immune boosters as they can aggravate the autoimmune disorders...
