[Everything doTERRA] Oils

Does doTerra sell Rose oil? I also noticed someone selling some Birch oil, but I don't see it under products.  Are there just some oils they sell to specific people?  Where do people get these oils from if you can't get them from doTerra?

I'm new, so I have a few questions... :)
