I'm curious to see what others say about this too. Most of the time I
have them start with LLV then do the GX cleanse, usually 30 days. How
they react to LLV gives me an indication of how the GX will go
sometimes. I always worry if they get an intense reaction to GX then
they won't want to do the LLV.
