I rarely respond to any of the questions or concerns in this forum, but I wanted to kind of ditto what Pat shared with you in her reply. Dr. Hill says , that is the beauty of Essential Oils, that it is very individualized. We are all different and so one application may be more affective than for another, it is very much individualized.
Think simple, embrace the knowledge of how to use the oils, what you can use the oils for and you will begin to enjoy and see the positive benefits. I have absolutely enjoyed the Essential Oils and what good it has done for my family and so many wonderful people I have shared it with. Aloha! EmiLei

Some people rub a drop on their feet, others on a part of the body. I've read that it is better to put on the feet for absorbtion, but then there are more questions - does it matter on what part of the foot? (considering reflexology) and how long should one rub it in? is it better with a base oil, or neat? Dr Hill has mentioned that heat is required to help the absorbtion. Then again, some people recommend taking it internally... but there are contrasting ideas: Some say take it in water, others say in a capsule, and others say place it under the tongue.Regarding the amount... I've also read that we only need to take a couple of drops - even one - for the oils to work. That's fine, but then the Slim and Sassy blend contradicts that entirely. With that blend, it is advised to take up to 25 drops a day! So, this infers that the more oils you take, the better...Is there an answer to the question? - I would have thought there should be.On a side note, my wife has 'effectively' been taking Slim and Sassy, and I have had her do so with a capsule. However, I'm wondering if there is a difference between this method and drinking it in water, or rubbing it into the body somewhere? The weight loss through TrimShake was good, but despite adding the essential oils to her intake, it has made no difference at all.
