Re: [Everything doTERRA] weight loss question about the shakes

right off the top of my head, i can quote you nutritional info for both. typical slimfast shake has 9 grams of sugar. trim shake? .3 grams. 27 times less sugar than a slimfast shake.

sodium in a slimfast shake is 130mg. trim shake has 37mg.

fiber in a slimfast shake is 4g. trim shake has 5g.

protein in a trimfast shake is 2g. trim shake has 16.

anything bad for you, the slimfast shake has more. anything good for you, the slimfast shake has less.

i think calling it "junk" is a little harsh, but i can understand the reasoning behind the sentiment. there's no way it's as healthy for you as the trim shake.

Why do you say that Slimfast is junk?

And how damaging are they?

Slimfast is JUNK. The Trimshakes are excellent. I recommend using two scoops for breakfast within half an hour of waking. You can add berries if you like.  Try it for a week and see how cravings/hunger are compared to "normal".

Has anyone tried doing a weight loss with the slim and sassy and using
something like a slimfast shake instead of the trim shakes? does it
work or not? I am just concerned about spending that much money every
month. and how long can you do the slim and sassy and the shakes?
Thanks,
Jennifer
