Shakeology encourages nobody under 18 yr old to take it. That is a red flag o I investigated and discovered shakeology has synthetic steriods in it. You can fail a drug test if you consume too much of shakeology. I am gad I choose trim shake, healthier than any I knw of! Vi- pak by body by vi has so high trans fat and titanium dioxide swallowing it.
