Mine is Domino brand ORGANIC Agave, no preservatives or additives.  It says it's low glycemic index,which is why I bought it.  I can't find an expiration date--is agave like honey and doesn't expire?   Anyway, organic doesn't mean unprocessed, so how can I be sure, Pat?
