Just recently an IPC and trying to help my hubby who is 6'3" and 300 lbs lose some weight and stop smoking. I don't know which to tackle first and I don't want to overwhelm him. He's expressed interest in the products to help him stop smoking but I'm not sure what to give him.
Also the majority of his weight is in his belly. Does that change anything I should do?
