[Everything doTERRA] Re: Scorpions...

I called my parents last night They have lived in a desert area most
of their lives. I could not remember scorpions coming into our home
when I was a child, so I asked them why. There were certainly plenty of
scorpions around the area where we lived. My parents believe that
leaving outside lights on such as a porch light attracts moths and
flying bugs. The scorpions will come to the lights to get the bugs.
My parents turn their porch light on at night to take out their little
dogs, they turn it off when they go back into the house. They have no
problems with scorpions, however their neighbor just across the street
had a terrible problem with the scorpions....until he started turning
off the outside lights.
My parents told me that in town where the lights are on, you can
sometimes see the scorpions if you look carefully around light posts.
I hope this helps, prevent a pet or person from getting a sting, it is
worth trying. Use the oils and garlic too!
