Hi,

I suspect you may be suffering from hyperinsulinemia  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperinsulinemia
This has been found to cause cramps in legs http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14300967

I would get on the LLV. Take potassium, magnesium and celtic sea salt (maybe Himalayan too).
Have epsom salts, celtic sea salt, himalayan sea salt, and magnesium baths (add favorite oils to salts in bowl then add to water).

From what I understand hyperinsulinemia causes a potassium/sodium imbalance and a insulin/glucose imbalance. So the potassium
supp will help here and:

Do you eat much carbohydrate? Get stuck into some sweet potatoes. You could also take a glucose supplement
at some point before you take your insulin (but get advice on this from your doc as I am not one). I would also take L-glutamine as it's good for
muscle glycogen replenishment.

I would get some aromatouches and get your legs done with all the oils from the tech as well (adding in the oils ME recommends for cramps). Finish with deep blue
rub. I would also put frankincense on them as well as you should always try frankincense if you have a problem of any sort! ;) Take it under the tongue as well.
I would also get some remedial work done on your legs and get them to use some deep blue rub. I would also use slim and sassy internally.

How much do you exercise?

If your not eating much carbs then this alone may help. See how you go!

Cheers,
Dan

Can someone please tell me why I experience BAD cramps in both legs on both front and back sides?  It makes it difficult to sleep because I am in excruciating pain.  Lemongrass and peppermint work wonders but I don't want to have to use it every night.  *Heavy sigh* Please help!!
