I have been ordering oils from doTERRA for the last 3 1/2 years, and
live in Arizona. I've never had any problems with my oils. I order
every single month, including the hot summer months. My oils are
usually delivered to my front door, and sometimes sit outside for
awhile before I know they are there, but they are usually fine. Are
her oils being delivered to a community mail box where they sit in the
hot metal box for a while? That might make a difference. If that's the
case, she can have them shipped UPS, and they will come straight to
her home, I think it might cost a dollar or so more than USPS, but
worth it to not sit outside.
