This is caused by hormone imbalance so I would start with oils that would help to balance that. Also she needs to keep her face completely out of the sun... Even if they fade if she gets out in the sun they will come back! Our skin has memory so it will usually come back darker! To lighten you can use immortelle! Also skin care products with kojic acid will help lighten!
