I have also used lemon or grapefruit oil in my drinking water, but have stopped that too.
-- Without using any oils, how long should it take for the detox (diarrhea) to calm down? I am beginning to wonder if this is all detox, or if I have something else going on.
I am weaning off Ativan with my doctor's supervision, and I am sleeping much better now.

I would appreciate hearing from others what symptoms they experience during detoxification. I am trying to identify symptoms I am having and am not sure what the cause is.I spent almost the entire month of September with diarrhea daily. The only thing I was using was 4 drops lemon in 32 ounces of water. I drink about three quarts of water a day. Once I learned that the flushing feelings I had been having were caused by not drinking enough water to flush out toxins (so they had to exit through the skin) I upped my water intake and the flushing stopped.I am now doing the GX Assist PB+ protocol and have stopped the lemon my water. The diarrhea is greatly reduced to where I feel I can tolerate it now. I have never done any kind of cleanse before in my 76 years, so I assume my detox will take a while.I still have difficulty falling asleep at night, and since I am up at least twice each night to the bathroom, I don't think I am getting enough sleep. I have taken Ativan for sleep before, but prefer not taking it. Serenity EO seemed to help also, but then I wake up later with a groggy feeling and mild headache.
