Hello everyone. I am hoping I could ask for advice on a problem I've
been having for the past week. My elderly mom is in cancer treatment
and after a scary doctor appointment with her last week, I began
having an issue with diarrhea. I don't feel any other physical
symptoms so I am thinking it could be a result of stress. Does

but I'm not sure if there would be a better protocol if I'm not

On a separate issue, I wrote a little over a week ago about insomnia,
and thank you to all who responded. I was a few weeks off of Doxepin
& Alprazalom and have discovered that diffusing Serenity in my Lotus
diffuser about an hour before bed then applying a few drops of
Lavender to my feet about 30 minutes before getting into bed seem to
help. Some nights it takes me about 20 minutes to drift off, but I
have been mostly sleeping through the entire night, so thank you for
those recommendations!
