You are supposed to start PB Assist right after you are done with GX
Assist to make sure the good flora is restored. If you don't then the
bad stuff will just over grow again. I would start that today (there
should be no side effects) and drink plenty of water (2 qts plus). If
you aren't I'd avoid sugar and white flour to keep the candida from
gaining a foot hold before the good flora can start working.
