is simply coming from not understanding oils, and not being educated
about them. That being said, oils are simply from plants. We have this
question about lemon oil. "if lemon oil can eat through a styrofoam
cup, what will it do to the inside of my body?!" I usually bite my lip
and ask if they drink lemonade. It is from a FRUIT! It is safe.
According to his reasoning, then you shouldn't eat oregano in
spaghetti, peppermint in gum or breath mints, grapefruits, oranges,
limes, no cilantro in salsa, no cinnamon rolls, no pumpkin pie, as it
has ginger spice in it. Oh! and no Black Pepper! This mindset is
ridiculous. Oils are simply more potent. People take vitamins, and
antibiotics without ever questioning what they are sourced from. We
have a board certified anesthesiologist on our team, who uses doTERRA
EO's in the operating room. He offers Ginger to his patients to avoid/
minimize nausea after surgery. He has done case studies and proven the
statistics. Ginger is effective, and it is amazing. Is your husband
aware that usually, antibiotics are a synthetic form of a plant?
Meaning that the pharmaceutical companies look at the compounds of the
plants that are effective, take a pain killer, for instance, and
chemically create that compound. That is why you have side effects of
medication. Dr. Robert Pappas is a chemist, and you can read about his
