took the GX Assist tablets for 10 days. I also have been taking
Redmond Clay and DigestZen although not regularly. I have not taken
the PBX+ Assist yet. I'm wondering if the bacteria able to break down
the fecal matter might have been changed, and that I should have done
something additional.
I have several conditions that may be interacting and causing the
problem to be more severe. I have gluten sensitivity; therefore eat
gluten free food, which tends to be low in fiber. I am 70 years old
and during the last colonoscopy was told by the doctor that I have
diverticuli. I also have hemorrhoids. Other factors that might be
contributing indirectly to problems in that area are sciatica, low
back pain and peripheral neuropathy. I don't take any OCM's to treat
any of these conditions, and have been addressing each of them with
oils since the beginning of the year. None of these conditions are
severe, and I haven't had such a bad time with constipation until
recently, but obviously I'm not doing everything I need to, so I would
like some advice.
