Have her try putting 1 to 2 drops each of lemon, peppermint and lavender in a shot glass with water and chug. We have been doing this every time we get sinus problems.
It clears up right away. We call it allergy shots...LOL.

I have an IPC who has been diffusing, using Breathe and lime layered on her sinuses and chest and has been on several high powered anitibiotics.  Still completely plugged and can't get rid of it.  Anyone have any ideas?!  Her doctor is on board but if she can't get it cleared up, then they are looking at IV antibiotics.
