4 teaspoons coconut oil
4 drops marjoram
3 drops Roman chamomile
3 drops white fir
3 drops lavender
2 drops thyme
2 drops eucalyptus
Massage formula into the upper chest, back of neck, shoulders, and
along back before bed. (I made this and keep in a glass jar for use
every night.)
Still snoring, but MUCH improved. Even better side effect: cleared up
his systemic fungal skin infection (ringworm, I think!) Nothing else
(including Clearskin, etc) has touched it, EVER!
