Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Need all your expert help

Starting the day with LOTS of protein (two scoops of our Trimshake) will keep hunger and cravings at bay all day long.  Do this within half an hour of waking unless you exercise in which case you can have it right after exercise.  Most people are starved for amino acids which tricks the brain into thinking the body is hungry so it will keep searching for those amino acids via food but if you eat carbs and sweets it will not be getting them. L-Glutamine under the tongue is quite useful as well when cravings hit. I personally prefer GABA for this but for most people the L-G is better.

I definitely can understand the lack of eating healthy and the whole
yo-yo dieting. I've been there, I'm living it now and unless I make
some changes it'll just be how I am the rest of my life. I like good
food and then I gain and then I cut it all out until I'm where I want
to be in weight (or close to) then I go back to my bad ways.

So I get where you're coming from and I also understand the wild binge
sprees.

But there is one video I found that would surprise you on just how
important 30 minutes of walking a day is (let alone what biking,
running, lifting weights hiking, etc can do). Please see this video.
It's a fun watch, but very educational and informative. I know
doTERRA's oils can help you along the way, but the fact of the matter
is, unless we are active, our weight and our medical issues, will
never get better.

A doctor/professor was asked, "What is the single best thing we can do
for our health?"

And here's his answer:
