I'm not sure why but we don't always see the expected reaction. I think
of it similar to the old fashioned coke test, where you have a busy kid
you suspect has ADHD, you give them a coke and if they are climbing the
walls they are just busy, if they calm down then ADHD is a possibility.
If I was going to guess it would be neurological. We just try and take
note of what works and what doesn't.
